Return and Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement (such as a letter sent by mail, fax, or e-mail).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you terminate this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such a refund.

Return of Goods
You are kindly requested to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. You are responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of custom-made or clearly customized goods, goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been opened after delivery.
